Talk-Link Carer Wellbeing Program by telephone

Are you caring for a family member of friend and interested in hearing from other carers?

Carers NSW is running Talk-Link, a six-week telephone program for adult carers, facilitated by professional counsellors. There is no charge to register.

• Strengthen resilience with coping strategies
• Learn healthy communication boundaries
• Explore loss and grief in the caring role
• Understand the benefits of self care

Time: 10.30am to 11.30am

When: Weekly – for 6 weeks commencing Tuesday 12 February 2019
